Institutional Procurement
Guidance for sovereign wealth funds, central banks, asset managers, insurers, and other institutional buyers evaluating lucabindi.com as a research and data partner — engagement process, invoicing, and licensing.
Engagement process
- Initial discovery call to scope your team's access needs (seats, coverage areas, data-export requirements).
- A written proposal covering seat count, tier or custom scope, contract term, and pricing.
- Procurement and legal review on your side, supported by our team as needed.
- Contract execution and onboarding (see below).
Invoicing
- Institutional agreements are invoiced directly (net terms available) rather than processed through self-serve Stripe checkout.
- Standard terms are net 30 from invoice date; alternative terms can be discussed for multi-year agreements.
- Invoices are issued in EUR by default; USD and GBP invoicing is available on request.
- Annual, multi-year, and site-licence billing structures are all available for institutional agreements.
Response time
Institutional enquiries submitted through this page or by email receive an initial response within two business days. Discovery calls are typically scheduled within one week of first contact.
Onboarding
Once an agreement is signed, seats are provisioned directly by our team rather than through self-serve signup. Your team receives a single onboarding point of contact for the duration of the agreement, and — where relevant — a walkthrough of the platform's Country Risk, Macro Intelligence, and Banking Intelligence areas most relevant to your mandate.
Enterprise subscriptions and custom licensing
Beyond the published individual-seat tiers on our Pricing page, we offer team and department-wide seat licensing, custom research mandates, and data-redistribution or internal-platform-integration licensing for institutions with those specific needs. These are scoped individually rather than published as a fixed price, since institutional requirements vary considerably in seat count and data-use rights.
